Who We Are
We believe that education can change a person's fate, but only if they have the opportunity to receive an education. We also believe that each person should have access to a quality education.
However, there are many people in this day and age who do not have access to an education, whether it's due to poverty, illness, or other circumstances out of their control, so they have also lost the opportunity to change their destiny. Then there are those who have access to schooling, but because of the lack of qualified teachers and the necessary educational environment and resources, they cannot receive even a basic qualified education, not to mention a good education. So what is a good education? We believe that for every mountain there is miracle, and a good education teaches people how to utilize their full potential and keep growing. We believe that giving everyone the opportunity for a good education is necessary not to exacerbate the differences and inequalities in the world, but will allow people to better themselves, respect their peers, and appreciate the world they live in. |
Our organization is made up of individuals with a Chinese background who are now living in the United States. We have seen firsthand how much of a difference a good education can make in even just one person's life, so we have a profound understanding of the impact of education on a national destiny.
We know we have limited capacity and resources, but we feel compelled by our passion for educational equality to act. We hope that through our efforts, we can give more people the means to access an education, or to provide a basic educational environment where they have the opportunity to learn. We are full of respect for the real educators, and we hope to help them to fulfill some of their dreams in receiving good training, to exchange ideas or fund research work, so that they can bring hope to us and our children. We also hope that through our efforts, more people will recognize their own strength and join us in our mission, so future generations can have access to the kind of education they deserve. |
